Lemon Couscous

Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring water, lemon peel and juice, oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Bring to boiling; stir in couscous. Remove from heat; let stand for 5 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. With a fork, lightly fluff couscous. Serve with Cracked-Pepper Steak with Yogurt-Lime Sauce. Makes 4 servings.
