This quick and easy two-ingredient sauce is yummy served over chocolate cake, cheesecake, angel food cake, or ice cream.


  • 1 12 - ounce package frozen unsweetened red raspberries
  • 3 -4 tablespoons light-colored corn syrup


  1. Thaw berries; do not drain. Place thawed berries in a food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend until smooth. Press berries through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl; discard seeds.
  2. Add corn syrup to berries in bowl. Chill, covered, until ready to serve, up to 1 week.
